Basavaraju Marulasiddappa Co-founder and CEO
Basavaraju Marulasiddappa brings over 30 years of experience across multiple sectors of industry electronics and IT services. He held various design and development, senior management, and project management positions in MNCs, government organizations, and startups.
Basavaraju led the design and development of industry electronics and IT services products for the Global Engineering Services operations of STG IBM India group. His expertise lies in product design and development, IT strategy consulting, package consulting and implementation for large-scale projects. He has successfully managed the delivery of outsourced Application and System Development and Maintenance engagements and possesses a deep understanding of deal structures and delivery models. Basavaraju's industry experience spans various sectors, including consumer products, retail and e-commerce, medical electronics, industrial, telecommunication, automotive, aerospace, and defense. With a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, he has established himself as a seasoned professional in both strategy formulation and execution.
Prior to joining IBM, Basavaraju served as the Engineering Manager for Venture Design Service Inc, overseeing their operations in Santha Rosa and South Asia. One of his notable achievements was building VDS Inc's consumer electronics, printing and imaging products, and data communication products business across the USA, Australia, and the Asia Pacific region.
Basavaraju began his career as a Scientist at the ISRO Satellite Center, Banglore where he held various scientist positions in developing communication, remote sensing and scientific experimental research purposes satellites.
Dr. Harish Hiriyannaiah Co-founder and CTO
Dr. Harish Hiriyannaiah has worked for over 35 years in various aspects of Signal and Imaging sciences and technologies. He did his graduate studies at North Carolina State University, conducting research in optimization methods in Signal Analysis. He has worked in various modalities – Visible band and UV imaging, IR imaging, SEM, X-ray, CT, PET, Ultrasound and Radiation Therapy. He has worked in pattern / object detection and classification technologies and Computer/Machine Vision. The work has involved mathematical modeling, signal/data acquisition, algorithm development and implementation, embedded and high-performance computing and systems engineering. 
Dr. Hiriyananiah has provided strategic vision to startups, built and led engineering teams from the ground up, led multiple product development and deployment projects, which have resulted in significant IP and business value to the companies involved. He has served as adjunct faculty at Santa Clara University in Electrical Engineering, teaching and mentoring students at undergraduate and graduate levels.
Ramkumar Rajarathnam Co-founder and Vice President
Ramkumar Rajarathnam is a Power Electronics specialist and Business developer with over thirty-five years of experience in bringing innovative Switching Power Converter technologies to new markets and nurturing their business growth. He led the adoption of integrated, high voltage MOSFET-Controllers such as TOPSwitch© and TinySwitch© in India and South-East Asia, empowering an entire generation of entrepreneurs who developed businesses in making and selling ac-dc chargers, adaptors, and LED drivers. He popularized the free Apps-support model that attracted customers and built brand loyalty while delivering reliable power conversion solutions to customers in India, who suffered from extreme AC mains voltage fluctuation. He has also pioneered the adoption of Planar Magnetics in power conversion in India for over a decade. Low-cost technologies like bipolar transistor-based half-bridge LLC converters for LED driver applications have also gained acceptance in India, thanks to his early-bird efforts.
Ram has also conducted several training programs that cover basics of Power Electronics to advanced topics like EMI/EMC in Power converters and practical aspects like PCB layouts for Power supplies. His 3-day course offerings that combine theory and lab-sessions have been very popular. He is now developing an online format for this activity.
In recent years, Ram has focused on providing clients with high-quality, rapid proto-build and test-support for R&D projects in power conversion and related areas.
Dr. Gopal Surya Co-founder and Vice President
Dr, Gopal Surya is a networking specialist with more than three decades of experience in the areas of cutting edge internet technologies such as high speed Ethernet, IP, Passive Optical Networks, 4G, 5G mobile and WiFi networks. His work has mostly focused on Access Networks and Home Broadband products and solutions. In recent years Dr. Surya was the security lead for 4G, 5G broadband gateways at Nokia and was responsible for defining the security requirements for platform, management plane, control plane, WiFi, Bluetooth, Mobile App, and WEBUI security for wireless broadband routers.
Dr. Surya has also served in customer facing roles as a product manager, solution architect for Home Broadband Gateways and Routers for the India region for more than 5 years. He was responsible for making customer presentations on Nokia’s products and solutions, answering RFPs, anticipating new customer requirements and getting them into Nokia’s offerings in a timely manner. He has a rich experience of managing several subcontracting companies by providing technical guidance and road maps for them
